Greetings fellow fishermen and welcome to our website. We certainly hope you will find this site useful in planning your next fishing adventure to some of the most pristine and productive fishing grounds in Florida. We have fished this vast area West of Key West Florida for over 15 years, and spend over 250 days every year finding new spots and catching trophy fish. We at Two Fish Charters pride ourselves in providing the ultimate fishing experience. With the help of our highly experienced and knowledgeable guides, Capt. Yuri Vakselis and Capt. Shane Leonard you will bring home fish and many fond memories. Read what others have to say about fishing with us here.

As many of you have already found out, some of the best fishing in the U.S. is found in the Atlantic and the Gulf waters west of Key West, FL. Covering hundreds of square miles, these waters produce an abundance and variety of game fish year round. Because of the great distances involved, at least an overnight fishing trip is required to truly experience a variety of fishing that is available in that area. A typical trip can produce a mixture of snapper, grouper, wahoo, king fish, cobia, mahi-mahi, sailfish, tuna and an occasional marlin and swordfish. It is not unusual to catch 20-30 different species on a single trip! This winter and spring we had some great catches of large black grouper.
With all the different techniques that are used to catch these different fish, an angler that is well prepared can take full advantage of this awsome fishery. We feel fortunate to spend so many hours doing what we love, and hope to share our experience with others.
In this site we hope to answer many of the questions that people ask about fishing Key West waters, Dry Tortugas, and Marquesas Keys. No matter what your fishing experience is you will find many helpful suggestions on what tackle to use, how to rig baits, specific fishing techniques, best time of the year to go, etc. Check out our photo gallery to see the vast variety of fish that we catch on every trip. Also, be sure to check out the fishing info page often as we will be adding more information there in the near future.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the trip, need specific information, or if you just like to share a fishing story.
